This week’s theme: Event Curation
What is event curation? Success is in the details. Having someone focus on your event’s flow, audience journey and curated stage adds a layer of extraordinary detail committed to event success. Our guest today is Lynne Filderman, founder and chief curation officer at Curation On Purpose LLC!
Lynne’s 35+ year professional life began in the technology policy arena. It then evolved into a career as an independent consultant where she could leverage her expertise, skills and passion to create strategic, world class, and innovative corporate and nonprofit programs and partnerships.
As a creative problem solver, her best work involves collaborating to build or transform initiatives that are strategic, smart, and effective.
She is mission- and purpose-driven. The purpose – to bring her experience, skills and passion to companies and nonprofits of all sizes and help catalyze and empower them to achieve authentic, meaningful and enduring social impact.
During the first months of COVID-19 pandemic, she formed her company, Curation On Purpose LLC. She works with a range of industries and sectors with a laser-like focus on curating outcome-driven events and layer together virtual and in-person convening (when it’s safe again).
Filderman is a proud native of Washington, D.C., where she graduated from Wilson High School. She received an M.A. in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from The George Washington University.
