Ed Farmer

has over 45 years of professional experience working in facility, property, and project management. He specializes in all day to day building operations of staff management and growth, contractors, vendors, building services and construction management. He’s had to oversee janitorial, landscaping, security, garage/parking, and cafeteria services along with maintaining compliance with all building codes for a safe, efficient and desirable workplace. During his successful career he’s also accomplished the management of annual budgets, financial planning and reporting.

But no longer. He recently retired and has fully immersed himself in a passion he’s always followed on the side. That of a musician! But as expected, there’s been change with that industry too. He shares what he’s learned here. And has even graced us with a sneak peek to one of his original recordings!  So, definitely listen until the end.
