This week’s theme: Adaptability

The only constant in life is change. It’s something we don’t want to see but have to accept as a reality. We can’t stop it or slow down its pace. Change drives us to adapt, and because it is unavoidable, why not welcome it?

Adaptability is the ability to change and adjust to a new environment, task and person. Change is inevitable and we need to be ready for it. It’s important that we are open so we can improve as our career and progress. However, sometimes it’s not easy. We don’t want to go out of our comfort zone, but the more we practice the easy it will be. We need to know how to adapt if we want to keep moving forward with our life.
