Simplifying Complexity with Ryan Coughlin

This week’s theme: Simplifying Complexity

In one way or another, people are constantly forced to address difficulties. What differs is how each person reacts to their respective situations and the measures they take in attempting to solve the problem. As we all know, everyone can get overwhelmed when problems happen. They would either do nothing at all because they were afraid, or they would act rashly and become ineffective in the end.

What, then, is the most efficient technique to solve problems? And how does the idea of simplifying complexities aid in this process? Our guest, Ryan Coughlin, discussed the problem-solving methodology and emphasized the importance of the concepts in simplifying complexity with us, as well as how it has been effectively implemented in his Military strategic planning profession.
