She is the author of the overnight bestseller “Words, Women & Wisdom: The Modern Art of Confident Conversations“. Her group programs and Wisdom Circles help women entrepreneurs and aspiring female leaders have more Confident Conversations.
Yvonne speaks at conferences and shares insights including: One Woman Fearless Summit, BPW National Conference, and Lead with Purpose Conference. As well as podcasts “WINGS of Inspired Business” and “The Top 1%” podcasts, and hosts the “Words Women And Wisdom Show” on BBS Radio. In 2018 Yvonne received a Women of Inspiration Award for her work designing and chairing various Mentorship Programs, and professionally holds designations of CEC, CPHR (HRIA) and RP. Most recently Yvonne collaborated to build an alliance between the International Mentoring Community (IMC) and MentorCloud to evolve a global Mentor Certification Process.

Yvonne’s special needs son Alex is following in her entrepreneurial footsteps, using his artistic talent to sell his paintings to raise money for Operation Smile surgeries. He has paid for four surgeries so far, proving an important message for young children, that “no matter what your circumstances – anyone can make a difference”.
