Ani Rich is an author, yoga teacher, life coach, podcast host, mother, forever life’s student. She was 19 years old when she got married and moved to the US. Ani was 20 when she gave birth to her son. Living in the country without having family around, having no friends and not knowing the language. She was staying home with her son and was anxious, unhappy and unfulfilled.
At the age of 20, she hated her body and was crying every single day until one day she decided to change her life and take control over it.
Ani was 6 months post-partum. Her husband was a student, plus he was working. She was not sleeping and had very little time to herself, but she decided to let go of the excuses and started working out. Then she started practicing yoga. Her passion for it increased and she became a certified yoga instructor and started meal prepping. This was the beginning of her ongoing practice of personal and professional development…
