This week’s theme: Shadow Work
Do you ever wonder where those annoying beliefs and thoughts in your head come from? What is a “shadow belief”? Do you believe having it is unjust and wrong?
Shadow beliefs are thoughts that affect our lives in an unobvious way. We accept their patterns of influence as truths without challenging their validity because they are so firmly embedded in our behavior. It is when you believe something about yourself, but it isn’t true. A mental state characterized by shadow belief is one where you exist in a false reality — one that allows you to keep your core belief set as true until something happens that would force you to change your mind.
In this episode, we’ll learn how to break free from the limitations that this belief imposes and live a life that is Bigger, Better, and Braver.
