Nate Riggs is a Florida native who grew up on the front of his grandfather’s Jon Boat in Sebastian, FL. If he wasn’t fishing he was riding in the back of The Sebastian Country Florist‘s delivery van, delivering flowers to customers – his family’s business.
Coming from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs, Nate started selling real estate in 2007. He had early success. At just twenty years old he was a young agent and knew that if he really wanted to be a valuable asset to his customers he needed real life experience. The call to serve others and his love for the water lead him to join the USN as an Aviation Search and Rescue Swimmer.
Nate proudly served for ten years but he never forget his love for real estate and in 2018 he reactivated his license and partnered with KW First Coast. He continues to serve his community in many ways. Today he is a lead listing agent at Someday Homes Realty. The standard for the real estate industry in Jacksonville Beach and North East Florida.
