This week’s theme: Positive Influence
Positive influence is a desirable leadership attribute because it helps individuals become their best selves. It is the capacity of a leader to encourage and inspire people to achieve their full potential. A leader who has a favorable effect on those around them may bring out the best in others, resulting in increased productivity and success.
Many characteristics of leadership may be influenced positively. A positive influence leader will help individuals achieve their goals with confidence and passion by offering direction and assistance as well as fostering an environment of trust and respect. Leaders who can favorably impact people around them will create an environment where everyone feels appreciated and driven by fostering creativity, cooperation, and innovation. It is someone who believes in you even when you do not believe in yourself.
