From Fear to Fire: Secrets to Overcome Fear, Embrace your Gifts and Achieve Success
This is the place where real people share real challenges. Where you can find a common bond and uncommon wisdom through their stories. Use tips from the breakthroughs of others to jump start your success. Speaker, author, adventurer, and host Heather Hansen O’Neill takes you on the journey from fear to fire. Today we shall take part in a very impactful session about intentional leadership.
This week’s theme: Intentional Leadership
What motivates you every day? What wakes you up in the morning with passion and great excitement? Whether you like it or not, these things lead you, whether it’s to an anticipated promotion or just a cup of your favorite coffee. To be led is to be persuaded to act because you are influenced. You can feel the impact it gives you. This ritual of excitement may not come regularly, that’s why this is where intentional leadership dives in.
You can’t expect to become the best leader overnight. The ability to lead is not a characteristic that comes all at once. It’s something that’s developed over time and it progresses in stages. You’ve got to love change, you’ve got to embrace differences. Mean whatever you say. And have specific ways that you interact with your people to help them grow and produce. At the end of the day, it all boils down to being an intentional leader.
