This week’s theme: Hidden Strengths
Unlike our strengths, hidden strengths are not commonly known. They are the talents, skills, and attributes that you don’t already know you have. They aren’t the same as your typical strengths because they’re not in common usage yet. In fact, they’re not even recognized as being strengths at all. It’s why some people don’t use their hidden strengths to their fullest advantage in their careers and personal lives.
Our guest expert believes that human beings are made up of five elements, which are as follows: water, earth, fire/air, wood, and metal. The five elements are the foundation of Chinese philosophy, and we all possess a primary element, which characterizes our inherent talents, and a weak or missing element, which indicates our unrealized potential. But how do we know what our primary element is and what our missing element is? Join us today to discover how to transform your missing element into a hidden strength.
